Darryl Kauffman, CPA

A Northern California resident since 1965, Darryl Kauffman CPA earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from CSU Chico in 1984. In addition to his extensive experience in public accounting he has 12 years of CFO/Controller experience with several local companies as well as positions with Fortune 500 companies Dole Foods and McDonald's Corporation, giving him the expertise to advise his clients on multitude of complex issues.

Ruby Zapien | Executive Assistant

Ruby oversees all of the company's administrative duties, recruiting and HR departments, as well as managing the controlled disbursement operations. She is incredible at prioritizing conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously and proactively, keeping our office running smoothly. Ruby is also fluent in Spanish.

Elina Vereyko (Elee) | Bookkeeping Specialist

Elee, Alena’s younger sister, provides bookkeeping and payroll support for our clients. She is a student at American River College majoring in accounting. Elee also speaks fluent Russian.

Alena Vereyko | Payroll Specialist

Alena is responsible for oversight of our payroll services as well as providing upper level bookkeeping support for our clients. Alena is fluent in Russian.

Marilena Useche | Accounting Specialist

Marilena oversees all of the day to day operations of our accounting department. With an extensive corporate accounting background she has held top level positions with several organizations including DHL and the Venezuelan National Newspaper (Diaro El Nacional). A CPA in Venezuela since 1993, Marilena plans on becoming a California CPA. She is fluent in Spanish.

Rose Bocci | Administrative Assistant

Rose is the voice and face of our company, greeting clients on the phone and in the office. Rose performs all administrative duties and assists with the controlled funds disbursement operations. She has successfully obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from California State University of Sacramento

Erica Ruprecht | Administrative Assistant

Erica is the newest member of our team and provides administrative support as well as assisting with the controlled funds disbursement operations.

Taylor Hamzy | Bookkeeping Specialist

Taylor is a Certified Public Bookkeeper who assists and supports the various bookkeeping clients at the firm. She maintains and updates financial information to make sure the clients have the most current financial information available to make more educated financial decisions.

Lyzza Bunce | Marketing Coordinator

Lyzza is our marketing, networking, and social media expert who has been connecting individuals with businesses all over San Francisco for the past three years. She earned her BA in Liberal Arts from San Francisco State University where she focused on communications, business marketing, and creative arts. Currently residing in Sacramento, Lyzza is responsible for designing and creating all marketing materials, managing multiple marketing projects, further maximizing the opportunity to build strong client partnerships, and ensuring that our company message remains consistent and strong.
